Skating Refinement sessions

Skating Refinement Sessions cover the most important hockey fundamental: Skating! This Session will focus on mastering the skating cornerstones with power and precision.

It will push skaters to work to their highest ability and serve as a playground for their strides, edgework, body control and form to add to their game.

IMPORTANT: For this session, please make sure everyone is in the same skill level If Inquiring For A group

SKILL LEVELS:

  • BEGINNER: Newer skaters who may have trouble with edges, balance, turning, and stopping. If brand new, please inquire about a Learn To Skate Session.

  • INTERMEDIATE: Skaters who are comfortable with edges, balance, turning, and stopping. These skaters may have trouble with more complex movements (crossovers, backwards skating, etc.)

  • ADVANCED: Seasoned skaters who are very comfortable on their edges and are comfortable with complex movements. These skaters will look for more feedback, refinement, and subtle suggestion in their movements.

Rate: Coaching Fee + Ice Fee

Ice Fee Rates: ($160/hr-346/hr)

Coaching Fee:

  • $60/Hour For An Individual

  • $30/Hour Per Skater (2-6 Skaters)

Public Skating Refinement

(PUBLIC DEVELOPMENTAL ICE)

  • Hosted at Public Rink

  • 1-3 People

  • Public Rink Rules Enforced

  • Ice Schedule Dependent Upon Rink With No Flexability

  • Typically Early Mornings Starting at 6am

  • Unknown Number of Public Skaters Or Space Available For Drills

  • Rink Equipment Availability May Be Limited

Rate: Coaching Fee + Ice Fee

Ice Fee: $12/Skater - $30/Skater

Coaching Fee:

  • $60/Hour For An Individual

  • $30/Hour Per Skater (2-6 Skaters)
